I cook and eat a lot of Asian food, and I also generally keep dairy out of my diet. Here are some of my favorite recipes that make me feel fabulous, inside and out. If you follow a dairy-free, low-fat eating style, you might love them, too.



Amazing Everything Bars: Breakfast energy bars that can be filled with your choice of nuts, berries, etc.

Healthy Happy Banana Bread: The result of my years of tweaking banana bread recipes.



Thai Noodle Salad with Tofu: This was my go-to Asian dish throughout grad school — very refreshing!

Sweet Potato Apple Quinoa Salad: Filling yet light salad that reminds me of those weeks in between summer and fall.
